About Us
Having been into cycling from an early age and also a qualified fitness instructor, Colin has never been so passionate about this venture...
With 40 years of cycling behind him, racing successfully as an amateur around the U.K. and in events in Europe, Colin has recently relocated to the Costa Blanca North and will be offering quality bike rental to all those who wish to experience the opportunity of riding on the same roads as some of the worlds top pro teams!
Colin has helped and coached many individuals over the years, whether for fitness and recreational or helping them to be successful in races.
His partner Julie, has worked in admin and managerial roles for many years. She will be available to answer any queries, and arrange for your bike/s to be available from Lliber, or to be delivered to you.
Both Colin and Julie are excited to invite you to explore this beautiful and idyllic part of Spain.
Our Services
Bike Rentals
At Paraiso Cycle Hire, we want you to experience this beautiful area on the Costa Blanca north, and to enjoy these roads, we offer the Agile and nimble Trek Emonda. We also offer a delivery service to your accommodation, or even better, visit us for a coffee whilst you have the bikes(s) set up.
Personalised Routes
We can recommend routes for you in GPX files so you can upload into your own device, and we can also give you information on places of interest and beauty, and we will be available if you need to contact us! Whether your a keen cyclist or a complete beginner, you will love this place!
Accomodation
By spring 2019, our accommodation for guests will be fully operational, if you need further assistance on accommodation around this area please contact us to arrange this.
Location
Situated in the northern Costa blanca between Alicante and Valencia Airport the Jalon Valley is the jewel in the crown for cycling. A short distance inland from the coast this is a cyclists heaven, with near perfect roads meandering through white washed villages and through citrus induced valleys filled with almonds, oranges, and olives to name a few. The varied terrain is a firm favourite of the worlds top pro and amateur teams alike. The vuelta España often use these roads for their stages.
With its all year round mild climate and over 315 days of sunshine it’s the perfect place to train (or just ride).
